My practice at Kayne Law Group includes the representation of developers, sellers, buyers, landlords, tenants, and borrowers regarding commercial and residential real estate and general business matters. Specifically, I handle the negotiation, drafting and closing of purchase and sale contracts, leases, short sales, loan workouts, modifications, extensions, foreclosures and related issues. Having grown up working for a family owned development company, I appreciate the entrepreneurial decisions and risks that our clients encounter every day.
Before joining KLG in 2007, I worked in the legal department at BMW Group Financial Services, and prior to that was with a Columbus-based litigation firm. I earned my law degree from The Ohio State University Moritz College of Law and graduated cum laude from Miami University’s School of Business. Away from the office, I enjoy spending time with my wife Karen and daughter Hannah, playing golf, cheering on the Buckeyes, traveling, and taking chips from my friends at the poker table.
