I grew up working for my family's development company where I acquired an appreciation for the real estate business. After setting aside my tool belt and caulk gun I then attended Miami University's School of Business and graduated cum laude in 2004 while majoring in Finance. I earned my Juris Doctorate degree from The Ohio State University Moritz College of Law in 2007.
Throughout law school I focused on general business and transactional matters including real estate development, finance, land use, and landlord-tenant law. My diverse professional experience includes an in-house clerkship with BMW Financial Services Legal Department and a clerkship with a Columbus-based litigation firm. I was admitted to the Ohio bar in 2007. Away from the office I enjoy working around the house with my wife Karen, playing golf, cheering on the Buckeyes, travelling, and taking chips from my friends at the poker table. |
